How long does a refund or exchange take to process ?Updated 2 years ago

Returns can take up to 14 business days after delivery. Once your return is received at our warehouse, you will be refunded within 5 business days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once the refund is processed. Upon return being processed, your refund can take around 2-7 business days to reflect depending on your banking partner. Exchange items are processed and sent out as soon as you request them.
